Complying with AHA (American Heart Association) 2005 guideline for CPR and ECC, GD/ACLS8000A provides ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) comprehensive training in first aid skills. The system consists of application software basing on local area network (LAN), full-body manikin, AED machine, blood pressure measurement. Basing on abundant scripts, students being protagonists and training being the means, the system provides a practical, vivid, and multifunctional instrument for students´ skills training.
Features:
1. Simulating of a patient: the changes of pupils and carotid, the sounds of
respiratory, moaning, coughing and vomiting, more than one thousand kind of
heart rhythms (access to 3/4 lead ECG monitoring), unilateral or bilateral
bronchial obstruction; laryngo***sm simulation.
2. Airway management: standard nasal and oral intubation, tracheotomy
intubation, supporting to head tilt and Jaw thrust, audible feedback if pressure
exerted on the teeth during intubation.
3. CPR: instantaneous graphics displaying of data, statistic report, training
evaluation for one or more person, sound directions related to CPR.
4. Physical therapy: ECG monitoring via defibrillation connectors, the maximal
energy of defibrillation is 360J; the frequency of external pacemaker is set to
60times/min, and the range of pacemaker current threshold is 20-200mA.
5. Drug therapy: there are more than 30 kinds of drugs, 6 kinds of administration
modes, various dosages can be chose.
6. Intravenous infusion and blood pressure measure training.
7. Script editor: physiology parameters trend editing, script editing and download.
8. Multimedia courseware: teachers and students can dialogize with each other,
courseware support synchronized playing (for teaching), random playing (for
self-studying), and teacher can make his rounds on training or evaluation
process of students (synchronized).
